Stir fry pork leg Tang Hoon - 猪脚冬粉

Ingredients:

1 pack Tang Hoon

1 Can Pork leg

1 Can pork rib

Light Soy sauce to taste

1 cup water

Method: 

1) Pour 1 can Pork leg and 1 can pork rib

2) Add in 1 cup water bring to boil and add tang hoon no need to soak just fry till soften

3) Add in light soy sauce to taste

Ingredient:

-
1 Green Papaya roughly 1.2kg

- 1 thumb Bentong Ginger or old Ginger

- 2 fish head threadfin or salmon

- 250gm fish fillet cut into cubes

- 5 Red dates cut half

- salt to taste

Method: 

1) Cut Papaya into big cubes

2) Deep fried fish head and fish fillet cubes

3) Bring water to boil roughly 2500ml  water

4)  Add in Fish head and fish , red dates , ginger boil for 2 hours in low fire

5) Off the fire and cool for 30 mins covered

6) Bring to boil add in papaya boil another 30 mins

7) Simmer add in salt

8) Best to serve hot

Ingredient:

- Long bean 1 pack

- 2 Red Onion

- 5 large eggs

- Salt to taste

Method: 

1) Chop long beans into tiny bits

2) Chop Red onions

3) Beat all the eggs and add in the long beans and onion

4) Salt to taste

4) Heat wok or pan add cooking oil fried egg mixture till cooked

Ingredient: 

- 2 tsp Chia Seed

- 1 Banana

- 2 tbsp Chocolate Powder

- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 5 tbsp rolled oats
Method: 

1) Mashed Banana

2) Add in all ingredients into the mason jar

3) Shake Shake Shake

4) keep in the fridge at lease 2 hours best serve overnight

Ingredient:
- 500gm Pork Belly

- 2 tblsp dark soy sauce

- 1 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Method: 

1) Marinade the Pork Belly for 2 hour or overnight

2) Place the Pork belly in the air fryer set to 180 Degree Celsius air fry 15 mins

3) Turn to the other side and another 10 mins

4) Serve hot
