Pig liver is something I don't normally eat but stir fry with sesame oil... yummy... 来碗饭吧!
Ingredients:
1 piece pig's kidney
100g ginger slices
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 Onion chop
into slice
Seasoning:
1 tbsp light soy sauce & 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch plus water stir well
Method:
- Slice kidney, de-vein and blanch in hot water briefly, set aside.
- Heat sesame oil and sauté ginger and onion until golden brown, add in kidney, stir fry and then season with light and dark soy sauce add 5 tbsp water & thicken with starch water
- Serve hot.
