Black Char Siew - 黑叉烧 Using Air Fryer

Ingredient:
- 500gm Pork Belly

- 2 tblsp dark soy sauce

- 1 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Method: 

1) Marinade the Pork Belly for 2 hour or overnight

2) Place the Pork belly in the air fryer set to 180 Degree Celsius air fry 15 mins

3) Turn to the other side and another 10 mins

4) Serve hot
