Pig Maw Soup 猪肚汤

Ingredient-

1 cooked pig maw

200gm hind meat

 1 pack toufu

1 pack enoki mushroom

1  can button mushroom

4 clove garlic

1 small pack white peppercorn

1 pack TAO SENG KONG white pepper soup herb

2500ml water

salt for seasoning


Method:

1) Bring water to boil add the herb pack, garlic and crashed peppercorn

2) wash the pig maw cut into strips

3) slice meat add in to boil

4) add in tofu , mushroom

5) Serve hot.
