Pumpkin Rice in rice cooker


Pumpkin Rice

Ingredient:
500gm pumpkin cut into cube
250gm roast meat (I roast my own roast meat buying outside a bit expensive ) 
5 dried mushroom soak till soften 
250gm cabbage hope into strips or pieces 
3tbdp dried prawns soak till soften and diced smaller (I omit) hubby dislike :-)
4 cups rices
3 cup water or less as the pumpkin and cabbage will release water so no need add too much

Seasonings:
4tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp chicken stock power (I omit) if you want more taste but I prefer not to add for kids

Method:
1) Put all the ingredients plus seasoning in the rice cooker and just cook as per normal 
2) serve hot!
