Steam chicken essence fish 鸡精蒸鱼 

Ingredients:

- 1 Pomfret fish
- 1 bottle chicken essence
- 1 thumb ginger sliced
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Method:

1) Wash and Clean fish 

2) Put sliced ginger on top of the fish and inside *may stir fry till fragrant*  add sesame oil and dash of salt

3) Steam fish for 15 mins or till cooked 

4)Warm chicken essence and pour chicken essence on the fish
