WINTER MELON TEA 冬瓜茶

Ingredient:
– 1kg Raw Winter melon
– 1 pack Chinese brown Sugar (pian tang in Mandarin)
– 4 liter water
Method:
1) Peel the skin, discard the seeds , Cut the melon into cube
2) Boil water and melt the brown sugar
3) Add in the melon boil in high flame 30 mins
4) Turn to medium and boil another 45 mins
5) Covered for 15 mins
6) Served warm / hot / cold
