German cookies


German cookies


Ingredient:

250gm Tapioca Starch / flour

250gm butter soften

80gm icing sugar

80 gm plain flour

Method:

1) Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy

2) mixed in Tapioca Starch / flour and plain flour mixed well

3) Add in coloring if you like you may also divide batter into equal quantiy and mixed in different coloring

4) Bake at 200 degree for 10 to 15 mins
