Chicken Cutlet Rice (Fast and Easy) Eggless batter


Chicken Cutlet Rice (Fast and Easy) Eggless batter 
Sometime you have the craving and does not have eggs at home this method still can coat the flour well and taste as well as the one that coat with egg.


Prep time: 5 mins

Cooking time 15 mins



Ingredient:


1 piece Chicken Breast

3 tbsp Fried chicken flour (I don't season chicken as the flour had taste but if you want can lightly season chicken with salt and pepper)

2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

2 tsp Condense milk + a bit water roughly 100ml mixed well

Rice put inside rice cooker cook normally it cooked about 15 - 20 mins mime took about 15mins

Method:

1) Roughly hit the chicken with meat tenderizer

2) Dip Chicken in milk mixture

3) Coat with deep fried chicken flour

4) Dip Chicken in  milk mixture again

5) Coat with breadcrumbs

6) Heat wok / pan to 210 degree C and place the chicken in and leave it for a few sec and turn a few times for 5 mins lower the heat to 90 degree C and fried for another 10 mins turn in between

Serve with rice / Vegetables / Salad
