坐月餐 Chinese Confinement Recipes - #13 Abalone Sauce Phuay Leng 鲍鱼汁炒菠菜

Ingredient:
1 Pack Phuay Leng (Chinese spinach)
2 tbsp Abalone sauce
1 tbsp minced Garlic
3 - 5 tbsp water (I add more so that my kids can have some gravy for the rice)
1 tbsp fried silver fish (For garnish)
Method:
1) Heat wok with a bit oil fry garlic till fragrant
2) Add Phuay Leng (Wash, cut off the roots and cut half) and fry
3) Add in the Abalone sauce and water
4) Continue frying till cooked and serve garnish with silver fish
