Fry Bee Hoon using Chicken stock / soup 

Ingredient: 

- 1 pack dried Bee hoon
- 1 pack sweet tau kee
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot chicken soup / stock
- chicken from the soup

Method: 

1) Prepare chicken soup / stock
2) soak bee hoon till soft
3) cut sweet tau kee and deep fried
4) Heat oil fry bee hoon , add in egg and fry
3) pour 3 ladle of soup / stock and fry
4) strips the chicken and fry
5) Add seasoning to bee hoon if soup / stock is w/o seasoning if soup / stock have flavor there is no need to add any seasoning the soup will add the sweetness to the bee hoon
6) Served hot and sprinkle the sweet tau kee
