Simple recipe -  Vietnamese smoked duck spring roll

Ingredient:

- Vietnamese rice paper
- smoked duck

Method:

1) soak rice paper in water for 15 - 20 sec

2) sliced smoked duck into thin strips

3) lay paper flat Put duck in the middle and roll like rolling spring roll

4) served hot or cold, if u like it hot u may steam for 5 mins before serving.
