- 6 chicken wings
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Sambal chilli
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 - 3 drop fish sauce
- 2 - 3 drop light soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
Others
- corn flour
- plain flour
- 1 egg
Method
1) Coat wings with egg and flour mixture
2) Deep fried till crispy and cooked
3) Mixed all the seasonings add 2tbsp water boiled and thicken with corn flour n water mixture
4) coat the wings with sauce
5) served hot.
