Pandan Chicken (Deep fried)
Ingredients:
- Pandan leaves
- skinless and boneless chicken breast cut into cubes
- sesame seeds
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- sesame oil
- white pepper powder
- sugar
- fish sauce
- fresh ginger (squeezed the juice)
Method:
- Mix the chicken pieces with all the seasonings as mentioned above.
- Add the ginger juice and marinate and place in fridge for at lease 1 hour.
- Put chicken and wrap
- Deep fry until the golden brown.
- Dish out and serve hot.
