Pork Leg Bee Hoon 猪脚米粉


Serve 3 - 4 Pax
- 1 pack Bee Hoon
- 1 Can Pork Leg
- 1 Can Stew Pork
- 1 Pack Cai Xin
- 4 Eggs
- Light soy sauce

1) Soak Bee Hoon till soft
2) Fry 4 beaten eggs
3) Fry Cai xin with eggs
4) Pour in the 2 Cans and fry add in light soy sauce to taste
5) Add in Bee Hoon fry till bee hoon turn soft
6) Serve hot
