Quail Scotch Egg



Quail Scotch Egg

Ingredient:

500gm minced meat
10 Quail Eggs
corn flour and rice flour for coating
cooking oil for deep frying

Seasoning:

dash pepper
light soy sauce

Method:
1) mixed meat with seasoning keep in fridge
2) Boil quail for 30 mins or till hard boil, shelled
3) Coat egg with flour add the meat and cover the egg with meat and coat again with flour
4) Deep fried till browned
