Bitter Gourd Soup
Ingredient:
- 250g pork ribs
- 500 grams bitter gourd
- 2.5 litres water
- 5 red dates
- 1 tbsp wolfberries soaked in water , drained
- salt to taste
method:
- Blanch pork ribs in boiling water for a few minutes pour away wash
- Cut the bitter gourd in half use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and white part inside Cut into strips. soak in salt water (1 litre water + 1 tsp salt)
- In a large soup pot, add 2.5 litres water, blanched pork ribs, red dates and bitter gourd. When the water boiling, simmer for about 30 minutes. covered for 30 mins
- Add wolfberries boil for 10mins Season with salt.
