This is another recipe using kunyit (Turmeric) if you don't like the taste you may omit it
Ingredient:
1 pc 150gm Salmon
1 tsp kunyit (turmeric)
dash of salt and pepper
oil for pan fried
Method:
1) Marinade salmon with seasoning
2) Heat oil, Fried Salmon skin side up
3) Turn after 5 mins to fry the other side another 5 mins or till meat soften when touch
