坐月餐 Chinese Confinement Recipes - #7 Steamed minced meat egg 

SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE, YOUNG KIDS, PREG MOMMIES , NEW MOMMIES AND ELDERLY

Ingredient:

250gm Minced Meat
2 eggs
1tsp Corn starch
20ml lukewarm water

Seasoning:

light soy sauce

Method:

1) Mixed  minced meat  with light soy sauce and cornstarch

2) lay the meat on the bottom

3) beat 2 eggs and add lukewarm water mixed well

4) steam on high heat for 25 mins , normally i steam in rice cooker when rice  almost cook put inside to steam
