Broccoli and Salmon Fish cake
Ingredient


- 1 bunch broccoli (Boil till soft and mash it)

- 200g salmon (Poached it and flake it)

- 250g fish paste

- 2 tbsp corn starch

- Dash of salt and pepper

- corn starch for coating

- Oil for deep frying

Method: 

1) Mixed mashed broccoli , salmon flakes , fish paste and 2 tbsp corn starch , salt and pepper

2) Take 1 tbsp and coat with corn starch and deep fry till golden brown
