Hokchiew red yeast wine Prawn (steamed) 福州红酒虾 (蒸)

After confinement not sure what dishes to cook using red yeast wine? Here's one... Prawns 

10 - 15 Prawns
50ml water
1 thumb ginger (julienne)
1 tbsp sesame oil
5 tbsp red yeast wine

1) Mixed all in a bowl and steam no seasoning all the prawns natural sweetness.

(I always put inside in rice cooker to steam almost cooked and place inside or you can use steamer to steam)
