迷你钵仔糕 MINI STEAMED RICE CAKE (STEAM)

Ingredient:

1. 200 grams Sugar
2. 200 grams Rice Flour
3. 400 ml. Water
4. 1 drop Vanilla essence
5. Food Coloring

Method:

1. Heat sugar and water until boil set aside to cool.
2.  Slowly pour the syrup into the flour, add vanilla essence, Mixed well. Set aside.
3. Boil water in the steaming pot and put in mould steam for 15 minutes.

4. Add the mixture in mould 1 1/2 Tbsp steam for 15 minutes.
