Taoco Pork Rib & Yam (香芋排骨豆醬)



Tauco Pork Rib & Yam (香芋排骨豆醬)

Ingredient:

(Paste )
- Tauco (Salted Yellow beans) 3 tbsp

- 2 thunb size ginger

- 10 shallots

- 5 clove of garlic

Other Ingredient:

- 1 kg Pork rib

- 1kg Yam (Peel and cut)

- 3000ml water

- salt to taste

- 1tbsp cooking oil for frying paste


1) Using mortar & pestle to grind  (Paste) into paste
2)Deep fried  Yam2) Chop Rib in desire size and cook for 15 mins pour away water and wash rib
3) Fry paste till fragrant add in Ribs and fry for 20 mins
4) Add water and boil for 30 mins cover,  Add Yam
5) Slow cook for 4 hours 
6) Add salt if u like it more flavorful
